Head coach Luke Cuthbert brings a wide range of experience to our team including an extensive martial arts background. As well as karate, Luke had a stellar football career including earning a scholarship to the United States and graduating with a degree in Physical Education from Lee University a top tier institution in Tennessee. Having been trained himself in the SAQ methodology as a youngster, luke is a testament to the benefits both physically and academically and has a passion for passing on that knowledge to the next generation. Luke has been instrumental in building our physical education syllabus along with Our partners at SAQ and collaborating with our coaching team has developed a truly unique curriculum that maximises engagement amongst students and provides an assessment service for schools/parents to utilise that takes PE above and beyond the national standard. We believe in bringing “PE with Purpose” to help schools improve their physical and mental health and well being.
